Coordinate with internal teams such as procurement, finance, and operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Knowledge of marine and shipping operations, including port regulations and vessel requirements.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in relevant software, including MS Office and maritime logistics systems.

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in marine services or shipping operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations, port operations, and logistics.
Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and motivating diverse teams.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office and marine operations software.
