Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for all company operations, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional, cross border teams to drive product innovation and process improvements.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and operational plans to achieve financial targets.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across all departments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Train and mentor team members, creating a high-performance culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Proven experience of at least 10 years in a senior management role.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, design principles, and industry standards.
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and large-scale operations effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
- Able to communicate effectively both in written and spoken Chinese and English. Well versed with mechanical engineering terminologies in both languages preferred as all the stakeholders and major customers are in China.
