Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to brand standards.
- Team Leadership: Support, coach, and motivate a diverse team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.
- Guest Experience: Champion exceptional guest service by addressing concerns promptly and creating memorable dining experiences.
- Sales & Financial Performance: Assist in managing budgets, controlling costs, and meeting revenue goals while identifying opportunities to optimize profitability.
- Training & Development: Assist in onboarding and continuous training of staff to uphold the highest service standards.
- Event Management: Coordinate private dining and special events, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all health, safety, and licensing regulations are met, maintaining a safe and compliant environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial role within upscale dining or luxury hospitality.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- Proven track record of delivering excellent guest service and achieving business goals.
- Knowledge of fine dining standards, wine service, and high-end restaurant operations.
