Descriptions

• Set up cutlery, crockery and glassware on table and replace soiled tableware and service items to prepare the table for the next customers
• Serve food and beverages to ensure all dishes match the order ticket to the corresponding tables
• Operate Point of Sales (POS) Systems when managing beverage order
• Provide go-the-extra-mile service to create a positive customer experience
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and standards, follow the organization’s personal, food and beverage hygiene standards
• Assist in opening, operating, and closing of shifts and execute daily operational tasks according to staff roster
• Suggest areas and execute continuous improvement activities within work area

Requirements:

• Must possess at least Polytechnic Diploma in any field
• Capable to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates will be advantage
• With or without relevant experience are welcome (training will be provided)
• Willing to work on Public Holiday and weekends

Job Description

• Oversee and supervise the staff, ensure all standards and requirements are met
• Uphold service standards for the restaurant – greetings, up sell, friendliness, etc
• Work closely and cooperate with all service team to ensure proper delivery of good customer service
• To ensure food preparation and presentation are done as per Company’s standard
• Plan and propose ordering of restaurant supplies
• Ensure all clean and dried utensils and chopsticks are collected from Stewarding and stock up at all side-stations
• Ensure beverages prepared by the Kitchen are ready and of the right quality
• Ensure overall cleanliness in the restaurant
• Any other duties as assigned by your superior

Job Requirement

• Minimum 1 years of relevant supervisory experience
• Proficient in written and verbal Mandarin & English
• F&B Knowledge and safety
• Passionate and energetic individual who is a good team player
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Active listening and effective communication skills
