• Working with ship staff, Fleet Support Officers, Business Development, and Financial Analysts to ensure that all legislative requirements and yearly maintenance are captured in the budget process, such that all budgetary timelines are met for both internal stakeholders and external customers, where applicable attend annual OPEX Budget meetings with customers.
• Where appropriate and in accordance with individual customer requirements and at the direction of the Fleet Manager, represent the company at required annual performance meetings, customer interface meetings, JV partnership meetings and industry specific project forums.

Requirements

• Valid or expired Maritime Certificate of Competency (Master/Chief Engineer Unlimited) or relevant experience as Vessel Manager of Gas Carriers.

Position Overview:

The Operations Manager will oversee and manage the ambulance department's day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. This role involves leadership, strategic planning, and coordination to achieve the company's operational and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the ambulance department, including scheduling, deployment, and resource allocation.
• Ensure all operations comply with regulatory standards and internal protocols.
• Monitor the performance of services to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Manage incident reports, investigate service failures, and implement corrective actions.

Team Leadership and Development

• Lead and mentor a team of Paramedics, Drivers, EMT and support staff to foster a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Develop and implement training programs to improve staff skills and knowledge.
• Conduct performance appraisals and address performance-related issues effectively.

Strategic Planning and Optimization

• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and cost efficiency.
• Implement strategies to enhance service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows and enhance interdepartmental coordination.

Financial Oversight

• Assist in preparing and managing departmental budgets.
• Monitor expenses and optimize resource utilization to meet financial targets.

Customer and Stakeholder Management

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, hospitals, and other stakeholders.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and feedback professionally and promptly.

Health and Safety Compliance

• Ensure the highest standards of health and safety in all operations.
• Conduct regular audits and drills to maintain compliance with safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in an operations management role, preferably in healthcare, emergency services, or logistics.
• Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills.
  Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  Proficiency in using operations management software and tools.
  Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certifications: Knowledge of healthcare regulations, first aid, and CPR certifications is a plus.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee end-to-end immigration projects, including initiation, progress monitoring, document review, and final delivery, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
2. Draft, refine, and validate immigration application materials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and client expectations.
3. Monitor global immigration policy updates, organize relevant insights, and provide accurate policy recommendations to clients and team members.
4. Maintain proactive client communication, address inquiries, and deliver exceptional consulting services to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
5. Collaborate with documentation, sales teams, and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery; provide training on documentation and policy compliance.
6. Ensure all processes and submissions adhere to legal and regulatory frameworks, mitigating risks and optimizing success rates.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Law, International Relations, Public Policy, or related fields.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in immigration, with expertise in documentation or project management preferred.
3. In-depth knowledge of immigration pathways, including investment, skilled migration, and family reunification.
4. Proficient bilingual communication skills (Chinese and English), with proven ability to draft and review dual-language documents.
5. Strong interpersonal, coordination, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
6. Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, capable of delivering high-quality results under pressure.
