Job Responsibilities:

• Provide case supervision, training and mentoring to the new and current social workers, caseworkers and interns

• Conduct group work with residents and/or with their families to equip them with the necessary life skills
• Review relevance of all external proposed classes/workshops/talks that may be useful for residents
• Coordinate with the respective agencies on the proposed sessions, internal team and Programs department to facilitate sessions
• Hold administration functions for both external and online systems such as CANS, Gladiator etc

The SEAI FP&A Manager is a key team member of the SEAI Finance team and plays a critical role in supporting SEAI business strategies, driving performance, and keeping an overview of SEAI financials.
