For over 35 years, we have been a leading industrial producer of L-Menthol, using our core technology, asymmetric synthesis.
This technology enables us to produce unique, novel, and nature-identical aroma ingredients, and in addition, to manufacture pharmaceutical intermediates, functional materials, and other fine chemicals.

Responsibilities:
- Samples preparation and product testing to support fragrance projects and product development for all types of Laundry care, cosmetics, personal care and Fine fragrance products.
- Monitor the application tests and evaluate its stability in term of both olfactive and appearance, preparation of reports for both internal departments and sales.
- Perform test (stability, pH and viscosities) and application of fragrance for evaluation
- Participate in panel testing of fragranced products
- Observe the durability of the samples and report on abnormality
- Assist in formulating new bases, policies and procedures
- Preparation of application and samples for sensory testing by Perfumer, CFG’s
- Maintain and track stock level of laboratory equipment and supplies such as glass bottles, raw materials etc, for base formulation
- Operate, maintain, calibrate and sterilize laboratory equipment and work areas
- Systematic filing and maintenance of formulation and records
- Regularly check and ensure raw materials are stored at correct temperature to ensure quality and safety
- Ensure that bio-hazardous materials are disposed safely
- Perform standard laboratory tests in according to prescribed procedures and recording of test results
- Maintain and ensure a clean and safe laboratory environment and workplace
Requirements:
- Diploma in Chemical Process Technology or equivalent in years of similar experience
- Basic sensory skills
- Basic Chemistry and Aroma Chemicals
- Basic laboratory procedures and methodology
