Business Development

• Attend to queries or mid-term changes from existing accounts
• Liaise with intermediaries and follow up on new quotations and renewals
• Ensure timely and proper passing down of instructions to Policy Administration with the required information / documentation.

Channel / Relationship Management / Service Standards

• Develop, maintain and deepen relationships with intermediaries in support of business retention and acquisition and works with customers and distributors (agents & brokers) to determine their insurance related needs and provide solutions.
• Maintain service standards by timely response to intermediaries’ requests and timely receipt of collateral and agreements in addition to meeting deadlines on submissions of quotations, certificates and/or policies.
• Adopt practices to ensure rigorous screening via our KYC process.

Job Description:

• Collaborate with the sales team to plan delivery schedules for new products and restocks following internal shipping guidelines.

• Manage the import of finished goods from origin to the local warehouse.

• Coordinate local warehouse activities, including pick and pack operations.

• Handle all aspects of exporting company's products to various stakeholders.

• Ensure accurate inventory for local and overseas warehouses through periodic counts.

• Liaise with 3rd party logistics for shipping quotes and cost comparisons for raw material imports.

• Assist the Events Team in timely shipping of promotional materials.

• Drive continuous improvement in internal processes and logistics cost optimization.

• Manage and monitor 3rd party logistics providers, ensuring adherence to commitments and costs.

• Verify billing invoices from 3rd party logistics providers.

• Prepare and distribute fortnightly product availability reports to stakeholders.

• Support internal and external audit processes.

Requirements

• Relevant studies in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent

• Has knowledge in import and export procedures in terms of Air & Sea freight

• Has knowledge in Incoterms 2020 and Harmonised Code classification

• Possess skills in data analysis, tasks management and ideas generation

• Proficient in MS Office software and courier ship manager platform

• Able to anticipate issues and resolve them effectively and efficiently

• Open to work in warehouse when required

• Open to work on some weekends/public holidays for Company events
