Job Summary:

To support Rehab Counsellors in:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Medifund

1. Collecting Supporting Documents from residents.

- In January and July for residents brought forward from previous Medifund period.

- Immediately upon admissions.

- On a monthly basis for changes.

2. Checking and updating Centre’s fees payment template with payments received on a daily basis.

3. Assist to collect fees from residents.

4. Fill-up and update relevant portion of Medifund Application form on a monthly basis.

5. Review the accuracy of payments received the previous month by comparing Centre’s fees payment template with Corporate Finances’ Aging Report by the 15th day of the following month; troubleshoot and identify errors when detected.

6. Preparing Medifund meeting including compiling and filing all applications systematically, ensuring total Medifund assistance applied for tallies with Centre’s total bad debts for that specific period, preparing the Medifund summaries and presentation files, writing of Medifund minutes, and related tasks.

7. Preparing and submitting Medifund statistics. projections, and reports to AIC/MOH and Corporate Finance on a timely manner.

Roles & Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of the role will include (but not limited to):

Client and relationship:

· Act as a point of contact for the clients on their day to day affairs, with supervision where necessary, and ensure that all communication, whether written or spoken in a professional manner;
