• Perform daily group stock opening report
• Supervise logistics team on invoices and delivery order
• Executive daily sales orders for accessories and handsets
• Perform daily allocation for accessories and handsets
• Receive ORs and premium accessories
• Perform online ecommerce order
• Require to do packing for accessories and handset order when require
• Perform weekly housekeeping
• Manage cycle count and stock count activities
• Effective planning of manpower to ensure the orderly and timely execution of operational activities
• Perform RMA and liaise with supplier on the return of goods
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum GCE "O" Level
• 3 years of relevant experience
• Good planning and coordination skills

Handling full operations on Air or Ocean freight’s import/export shipments.

Work closely with customers and agents for air freight or sea freight operations.

Coordinate with customer service team and sales team in providing the contractor’s cost for trucking/shipping liners/airliners etc.

Assist in the preparation of Pricing & Quotations.

Assist sales team with operations and quotations and complete documentations including billing invoice.

Complete documentations and operations on Air & Ocean freight. Such as permit application, shipment data, billing and other operations

Job Requirements

Min GCE “O” Level or Diploma in Logistic / Supply Chain / relevant discipline is preferred.

Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding

With permit declaration certificate through Tradenet is preferable.

Computer literacy eg: proficient in MS Word & Excel etc

Primary Responsibilities

• Overseeing the culinary operation of Syun, our Premier Japanese Dining restaurant, as well as the Casual Japanese restaurant.
• Responsible for all aspect of leading the Japanese restaurant Culinary Teams, including developing new Promotions, Strategic Menu Planning, Food Cost Compliance, Product Sourcing, Human Capital Management strategies planning, make Data analytical decisions and liaise with celebrity chefs – compiling and consolidating of project proposals
• Ensure the quality and freshness of food, coordinate NEA compliance efforts, coordinate financial compliance efforts, inspecting kitchen & equipment for cleanliness and monitoring sanitation policies
• Monitors and ensures the food cost and the labour cost is within the targets set
• Train the Culinary team and provide guidance as needed
• Assist with key chefs recruitment
• Looks into ways to reduce wastage, guard against pilferages and control cost of food supplies and kitchen inventory
• Observes and evaluates chefs’ performances and devise methods to enhance efficiency with maximum productivity
• Drive for productivity and continuous improvement through the technology and market trend

Requirements

• Diploma or professional certificate in Culinary
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in F&B industry, preferred in Japanese Michelin Restaurants
• Excellent knowledge of Japanese cuisine for creation of indulgent omakase and Izakaya menus
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to perform shift work, weekends and public holidays.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support in investment projects and managing various project activities not limited to coordinating, reviewing, preparing of reports/documents.
• Support in data analysis and market research.
• Provide support in organisation of management meetings, taking meeting minutes and maintain proper filing of meeting documentations.

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analysis or related discipline.
• Familiarity with market research techniques and data collection methods to support business strategy development.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or other relevant software is an advantage.
• Experience in organizing and supporting management meetings, including taking accurate meeting minutes and ensuring follow-up on action items.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) will be preferred to effectively communicate with stakeholders, partners, and team members across different regions.
