Responsibilities:

• Handle checking-in and checking-out of guests.
• Provide personalized, warm and attentive service to guests, always ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience
• Supervise, monitor and evaluate the service standards provided by the Guest Services team
• Communicate actively and closely with the team to ensure follow ups are carried out promptly and resolved smoothly.
• Attend to guests’ needs and enquiries.

Requirements:

• Candidate with at least a Diploma or equivalent qualifications.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably supervisory experience in Customer Service or equivalent
• Good interpersonal skills and positive working attitudes
• Service oriented and able to display passion, energy and professionalism in their duties
• Resilient, proactive and ability to work independently under minimal supervision and in a team
• Perform 2-rotating shifts and able to work on weekends and public holidays

Job Description

The Accounts Executive reports to the director in carrying out the responsibilities of the accounting department. He/She covers duties such as work that is specific to bookkeeping, accounts receivable, accounts payable, stocktaking or other accounting tasks. He/She works specifically with accruals, fixed assets accounting or the monthly and yearly finalisation of accounts. He/She may be called on to participate in ad-hoc finance-related projects when necessary.

Main Responsibilities

(1) Enter accurate and timely data into the accounting system.
(2) Calculate customer account balances and reconcile with totals.
(3) Compile the relevant business documentation used in banking processes.
(4) Maintain accurate financial records and statements.
(5) Perform month-end closing activities.
(6) Retrieve system reports from the accounting system for managements use.

(7) Manage Assignments and Deadlines.

Requirements

(1) Fluent in speaking and writing in both English and Chinese is a must. As need to communicate with colleagues in Hong Kong and Taiwan branch frequently.

(2) Minimum Diploma in Accounting.

(3) At least 1 year of accounting related working experience in Singapore.

(4) Experience in accounting software - Quickbook, MYOB is an added advantage.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

▪ In-depth ISO tank knowledge

▪ Coordinate amongst internal departments, agents and relevant parties on trade matters

▪ Liaise with agencies on sales activities, market situation, sales leads and potential customers

▪ Gather and analyse customers and market activities

▪ Responsible for developing the countries’ business activities and ensuring a high utilization of equipment

▪ Create tank container freight quotations and order creation within the company internal system

▪ Monitoring and tracking sales activities to ensure sales budget are met

▪ Other ad-hoc duties and initiatives assigned

Requirements:

▪ Diploma or equivalent qualification

▪ Minimum 5 years experience handling ISO tanks and sales

▪ Good communicator with fluency in English

▪ Self-motivated and ability to perform under pressure

▪ Strong team player with good initiative and ability to work independently

▪ Proficient in Microsoft office
