Our client is a global MNC in real estate and investment management. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Building Management Officer be part of their Facilities Team for ongoing transformation projects.

Duties of Building Management Officer:

• Provide outstanding customer service to meet on-site client expectations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients at all levels.
• Monitor procedures to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Oversee vendor procurement following client guidelines and best practices.
• Ensure on-site contractors perform to required standards through regular inspections.
• Implement and manage safety protocols for a safe working environment.
• Ensure compliance with fire, health, and safety regulations.
• Assist in managing property safety risks and reviewing vendor risk assessments.
• Follow established escalation and incident reporting procedures.
• Maintain premises in excellent condition and ensure satisfactory contractor/service provider work completion.

• Comfortable with travelling to different site locations

Job Description

· Sales invoices are processed in a timely manner

· Monitor promptly on the collections from customers

· Coordinates with the logistics department for outgoing sales shipment

· Weekly/monthly Sales reporting

· Petty cash recording

Requirements

· Min. Diploma in accounting or equivalent qualification

· Minimum 3 years of working experience in handling full sets of accounts

· Able to work independently with minimum supervision

· Proficient with Microsoft Excel

· Experience knowledge of SAP B1 will be an added advantage

Working hours

Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm (5 days work week)
