Job Duties

1. Assist to Coordinate coffeeshop food processing & servicing and complete duties such as adhering to sanitation standards, setting schedules, monitoring employee performance and training workers

2. Check customer feedback, handle complains, oversee customer service quality, etc.

• Bookkeeping of daily accouting transactions
• Closely monitoring and chasing of Accounts Receivable collections
• Preparing month end staff reimbursement and suppliers' payment
• Bank reconcilation
• Assisting MD in flight and hotel bookings
• Assisting MD in his claims and typing of certain report
• Assisting MD in email year end e-Christmas card to Associations and VIP
• Liaise with different groups of auditors for supporting documents
• Issuing of Sales Invoices
• Ad-hoc assignment delegated from Finance Director
• Available within a short notice

- Performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency

- Preparation of inspection report for submission to authority

- Coordinate with external vendors for costings and quotations

- Coordinate with external vendors and arrangement of meetings / discussion

- Attend to meetings and preparation of meeting minutes, summary, and follow up actions

- Able to work independently with a good working attitude, willing to learn
