The Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine (YLLSOM) is a leading research institution in the world, being ranked in the top 20 worldwide and holds the top position in Asia (QS ranking). Established in 1905 to educate and train medical professionals for Singapore, YLLSOM hosts more than 40 departments in the basic sciences and clinical specialties, as well as faculty research centres and Translational Research Programmes covering a full spectrum of medical specialties.

If hired, the Professor will be part of the Centre for Translational MR Research (TMR), which offers state-of-the-art Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) capacity for both clinical and translational research. TMR is staffed with trained personnel to support research in imaging and image analysis, spanning from basic science to clinical trials.
