Job Description:
Ø Liaison with Banks for receipt and issuance of LC’s
Ø Back2Back LC issuance
Ø Preparation and Presentation of documents under LC
Ø KYC documents handling
Ø Payment follow ups with buyers
Ø Coordination with internal and external teams on Shipping, Finance, accounting etc.
Ø Tracking Bank limit utilisation and due dates
Ø MIS – Trade transactions, Trade PnL, Cash flow etc.
Ø Preparation & submission of bid documents for participation in international tenders
Ø Coordinating with inspection & survey agencies
Ø Liaison with buyers and suppliers for drafts / contracts / documentation
Ø Admin – Cross-functional
Ø Other duties assigned as per requirements of the role
Preference:
Singaporean citizens and candidates with accounting background
Graduate / diploma - business management / logistics / finance / accounting etc.
Salary: Negotiable and broadly as per market
