Job Responsibilities

· Liaise with the stakeholders during the renewal process

· Prepare tender documents and presentation slides

· Identify different variations of claims

· Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

· Retention/Renewal of accounts and account servicing

· Business development amongst the various product line

· Prepare, create, populate various excel worksheets on client information for client servicing and post-sales follow ups

· Handle policy servicing requests from banking partners, policy owners and insurers

· Enhance service quality for clients and banking partners

Job Requirements

• Provide excellent client service while troubleshooting client issues via phone, remote tools and e-mail on various OS platform such as Window, linux and Mac OS
• Follow up with users, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution via inhouse ticketing system
• Understand various OS platform as Window, linux and Mac OS and networking
• Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectations
• Performs minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment according to company standards if required
• Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure
• Recommend procedure modifications or improvements
• Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services
• Maintains company accounts and IT inventory records.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Windows Server OS, Network Solutions, Backup Solutions
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement objectives, and procedures to maximize operational efficiency
• Plan and coordinate product movement, for inspection, viewings, deliveries, etc.
• Ensure and track timely collection of monthly instalments
• Assist in vendor management efforts with key partners

Skills Required

• Proficient in MS Office
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills

Other Requirements

• Possess a valid Class 3/3A license

Sales Skillset

1. Realize revenue and margin targets and maximize sales opportunities through connecting client needs with KDDI offerings and solutions

2. Responsible for driving client satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle of the clients’ buying process, by taking ownership for the commercial agreement for each client.

3. Research target market requirements, by establishing the key business drivers

4. Search and explore new business opportunities.

5. At least 3 years IT related sales experience & 10 years of sales experience

6. Sales pipeline management skill

7. Efficient reporting to management

Japanese Oriented Skillset

1. Language : Ability to speak and write in English and Japanese is a must.

Job Description & Requirements

• Performs day to day financial transactions and outgoing payment, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts payables’ data.
• Ensure invoices from suppliers/inter-companies/staff claims are recorded accurately and timely into the accounting system
• Check that invoices/expenses are properly authorized and process payment according to timeline
• Manage and resolve internal and external vendors’ enquiries and issues.
• Recognize expenses on a timely, consistent basis in line with the accounting treatment
• Able to apply GST compliance
• Prepare for quarterly input GST report and WHT report for submission
• Process inter-related company back charge
• Perform period-end closing activities, bank reconciliation, monthly vendor's reconciliation and liaise with other teams as required
• Review, propose and conduct improvements to the internal process to achieve efficiency.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned if necessary

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent
• At least 3 years related working experience handling full set accounts in F&B industry
• Preferably with working knowledge of ACCPAC accounting software and POS
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Able to multi-task
• Meticulous and possess initiative

Salary Range: S$ 3.3K to S$ 4.5K
