Primary Objective

About This Role:-

· Prepare invoice and customer’s arrival notice/Delivery order/Switch bill of ladings

· To arrange cargo insurance coverage for customers if required

· Communicate with customer of their cargo status and arrangement of door delivery transport

· Process full set of overseas agent’s pre-alert for import shipment.

· Handle import consolidation from overseas agent by coordinating with CFS warehouse/shipping line/haulers and Port of authorities for deconsolidation activities.

· Process internal container movement customs permit.

· Provide transshipment information / updated details to overseas agents for transshipment cargo delivery.

· Process overseas agent debit/credit note and vendors invoices.

· Support export documentations when required

· Involved in month end closing process

· Handle office administration duties such as stationeries, pantry, etc

· Any other task as assigned by the superior from time to time

Job Requirements

Main tasks / activities / responsibilities

Overall, In charge of the smooth operations of the subsea department.

Assist QHSE Manager to implement and maintain the OHS management system.

Liaise / co-ordinate with client representatives.

Should be familiar with IMCA / OGP compliance audits and procedures.

Brief all divers and supervisors on the operational & contingency plans and procedures to be followed at the diving site and ensure the diving operation is carried out in accordance with the diving project plan (DPP).

Ensure proper documentation control – service reports, apply MPA Permits, and contractor permits.

Liaise with Diving Manager and Maintain safety of dive team and ensure that the diving operation is carried out from dive site equipped to deal with emergencies as per Emergency response plan.

Oversee diving operations to ensure that their execution complies with the legal requirements of OGP, SS511 & IMCA (International Marine Contractors Association) and diving systems management of the company and verify with Diving Manager.

Ensure that the diving equipment is adequate and in good operating condition and liaise with workshop team.

Liaise with the Fleet superintendent regarding the safe and effective operations of the Dive Support Vessel and ensure the vessels are fully operational.

Ensure that relevant hazard identification and risk assessment has been carried out for the diving operation.

Plan the mobilization of diving equipment & personnel by conferring with relevant parties.

Analyze records & reports to validate their compliance with Company & IMCA/SS511 standards.

Ensure all project documentation, dive records and associated documentation is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.

Ensure that work carried out according to the schedule.

Optimize the use of material and reduce the wastage in the operations.

The Role:

As a Marketing Executive for Energea, you will play a key role in the ideation and implementation of marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness and grow our audience, including developing end-to-end campaigns across both online and offline channels.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate marketing plans, including strategies for branding, awareness and product launches

• Plan and execute content pillars and calendars for social media and digital platforms

• Build the brand community through engagement and management of external agencies, KOLs, influencers and content creators

• Develop through-the-line integrated campaigns and activation, on both online and offline channels

• Manage the assigned marketing budgets across the different channels

• Liaise with strategic international business partners to build on branding and awareness efforts

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing fields

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in both B2C and B2B marketing, including advertising and promotions

• Basic understanding of performance marketing (SEO, SEM, etc.)

• Strong understanding of social media tools

• Familiarity with Shopify platform and a strong understanding of consumer tech accessories are a plus
