Job Requirement

· - At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

· Working location / hour : UBI - Monday to Friday ( 8.30am - 6.15pm )

Assist day-to-day AP and AR Executive to carry out AP and

AR job scopes

 Handle dormant and partial small entities account

 Maintain digital and physical financial record

 Participate in monthly, quarterly close and yearly audit process

 Other ad hoc finance related duties

Requirements and skills :

 Work experience as an Accounts Assistant or Accounts Clerk

 Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures

 Familiarity with finance regulations

 Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (eg. QuickBooks, AutoCount)

 Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information

 At least Diploma in accounting, business or relevant field

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist therapist in setting up therapeutic equipment.
• Observe patients during treatment, compiles data and report patient's progress.
• Help patient in their exercise and therapy.
• Cleaning of therapy workplace and therapeutic equipment.
• Handle enquiries, answer phone calls, record and coordination between the departments.
• Any other administrative duties that may be assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a healthcare environment will be advantageous.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Superb interpersonal, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Keen attention to detail and a caring nature.
• Ability to perform tasks that require physical strength.

· Attend to day-to-day needs of office

· Checking & follow-up on delivery & proper submission of supporting documents and endorsement by staff for

payment

· Perform admin task like filing, photocopy

· Maintain office stocks e.g. forms, pantry and Sundry

· Collating data & survey, etc

· Compilation of statistics.

· Provide ad-hoc admin support to HODs
