· Manage the Cases in SFDC (Case Management) timely and accurate manner to meet all internal SLAs.

· Coordinate monthly invoice run.

Experience:

· Degree/ Diploma in related field.

· 3 yrs of relevant experience in Billing role.

· Good and strong communication and analytical skills, independent and motivated.

Day to Day

• Management of physical metals inventory
• Working closely with Investment team on new physical purchase and sale contracts
• Checking documentation related to physical metal contracts
• Preparation and review of contracts
• Providing inventory reporting and updates to the Investment team
• Maintaining documentation relating to physical contracts and inventory
• Arranging inspections of inventory

• Conduct new and periodic Know-Your-Vendor (KYV) checks within SLA & KPI (Know-your-vendor is similar to Know-your-customer), updates KYV reports, tracker, and filings.

• Ad-hoc assignment and back up of staffs if required.

Requirement:

• 6 months of working experience as KYC, Compliance, Transaction Monitoring, AML, Onboarding or banking operation.
