Your day to day

1. Responsible for recruitment, orientation and training of performance artistees
2. Accomplishes artiste performing results by communicating, job expectation, stage event planning
3. Monitoring and appraising job results, coaching, counseling and disciplining artiste ad productivitystandards
4. Assists Outlet Manager in daily operations
5. Hands on during business hour to maximise customer service satisfaction especially when there are toomany customers
