What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Product Manager (at least 5 years related working experience), with a track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.

PURPOSE

The Policy Servicing Manager role will be expected to support policy servicing function of life business which the responsibilities include processing customers’ service requests and represent policy servicing and premium management functions as a subject matter expert for product launches and other initiatives.

Scope & Responsibility:

• Advise company in all submission of fire safety documents to Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) for approval
• Review and update Emergency Response Plan (ERP) as required by Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF).
