Job Description
· Carry out daily site supervision, coordination and quality assurance of all project on site
· Plan work schedule (able to plan ahead), material requisition and overall project supervision.
· Supervise & Coordinate day-to-day site works, including sub-contract works, safety and quality control.
· To perform engineer’s role on method statement, implement cost & time efficiency on operation and supervise site works compliances and inspection requirement
· Keep track on variation and claims of contract and cost impact
· Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
· Provide information on materials and equipment needed for the project
· Liaise with consultant and carry out site inspection
· Attend weekly or monthly meeting with sub-contractors on work progression and prepare monthly meeting progression report
· Able to develop a Risk Assessment
Requirements
· Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
· Experience in construction (Road work) industry will be advantageous
· Able to work independently
· Proficient in auto cad, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
· Good rapport skill, able to communicate with all level of personnel
· Ability to work in fast pace environment, meticulous and strong organizational skills
· Construction Safety Course for Project Managers (CSCPM)
