As a Development Manager for Artificial Intelligence team, you will lead teams to build AI assets (services, components, content). You will create compelling product visions and lead teams to execute on this vision. As a leader you will represent the work of your teams towards internal and external stakeholders. 1. Operations

• Oversee daily activities of multiple restaurants to ensure smooth and efficient operations in both front & back of house.
• Drive operational excellence, training, and compliance

3. Cost Management

• Set and align forthcoming monthly targets for sales turnover, food and labour cost, operating expenses and monitor closely to ensure these targets are met

• Implement systems for inventory control to reduce waste and improve efficiency

4. People Management

• Hiring, training, and supervising front and back-of-house staff.
• ⁠Scheduling shifts and ensuring adequate staffing levels during peak times.

• Provide training and updates to staff on food safety protocols and best practices, safety training and emergency preparedness plans for all employees

• Review and ensure outlets’ restaurant visitation scorings are maintained at required standards
