• Send, collect, and inspect cars at AutoSpray/washing point.
• Inspect and send worn out PVC seats for replacement/repairs.
• Prepare and arrange cars for GetGo use.
• Inspect tow-in cars and submit request forms to the Service Advisor (SA).
• Issue replacement cars as approved by the workshop/salesperson.
• Update the total ready cars from the workshop/ARC to GetGo.
• Monitor cars sent to the workshop and update reports.
• Check and approve parts quotations.
• Prepare next-day delivery cars for salespersons.
• Monitor and arrange VICOM inspections.
• Create/update PO/DO/end contract entries in Dewtouch.
• Check/tally keys and cars daily.
• Check/tally invoices for windscreen/PVC seat replacement, etc.

Requirement:

• Valid Class 3 driving license
• Basic computer knowledge
• Candidates with experience in the Automotive industry preferred
• Must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/O Level, and any other field
• 5.5 days work week

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full sets of accounts.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, such as managing asset accounting, creating journal entries, reconciling accounts, and generating year-end financial reports.
• Complete bank reconciliations and maintain management schedules.
• Handle bank reconciliations and cash management.
• Assist with financial, tax filing processes and tax audits.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or CPA/ CA qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 - 3 years of accounting experience, preferably handling full sets of accounts.
