• Work with sales and finance department to support payment processes for sellers

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage client portfolio in the area of tax compliance and provide tax advisory services.
• Review, provide recommendations on agreements and/or documents of clients for compliance and risk mitigation purposes.
• Review, provide recommendations, solutions on clients’ portfolio and to understand what they have on hand and how this portfolio is to translate into a target revenue.
• Assist with the preparation of responses to queries from Tax authorities’ queries.
• Proficient in MAS reporting requirement.
• Work collaboratively with business areas as well as other corporate functions, such as provide tax technical support and advisory.
• Manage the management fee agreements, supporting documentations and computations.
• Perform income tax, GST. ECI experience preferred.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or relevant discipline preferably with client or wealth professional qualification as recognized by SIATP
• Minimum 3 years related experience, preferably from a private service or financial services or professional services firm or Accounting firm
• Familiar with MAS requirements.
• Must be familiar with Singapore Tax regimes and guidelines.
• Experience with Single Family office or private wealth tax compliance and annual declaration to MAS is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of tax advising or international tax is an added advantage

As a Regional Logistics Senior Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient and effective management of logistics operations within our organization. You will work closely with other team members to ensure smooth coordination of inventory management, shipment processing, and compliance.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional logistics strategies aligned with the overall organizational goals, focusing on cost optimization, efficiency enhancement, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Team, and Distributors to optimize order fulfillment process.
• Collaborate with warehouses & Factories to ensure compliance and on-time delivery to distributors, facilitate booking of vessel, monitoring, and tracking of shipments.
• Manage day-to-day operations to meet internal and external requirements and to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Generating reports, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of orders, shipments, inventory levels, and other logistics-related data. Use data management tools to track and organize information.
• Facilitate clear communication between different teams, such as Business, Finance, and warehouse personnel, to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Monitor logistics costs, including transportation, warehousing, and handling expenses. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
• Update the SOP periodically whenever necessary.
• Plan effective incident or crisis management initiatives.
• Supervising and guiding logistics team members, delegating tasks, and providing training and support.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in logistics and supply chain management, applying relevant insights to enhance operations.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
