- We are looking for ambitious, digitally-savvy business managers to transform how we engage our clients on Straight2Bank, our digital platform, based on customer insights and behavioural analysis, in collaboration with partners in Transaction Banking, Channels, Coverage, and Operations.
- Your role will require you to understand our client behaviour, create compelling usage and segment optimization plans, and set up the programs and infrastructure to deliver to client in an impactful manner.
- We expect you to be comfortable with identifying customer and behavioural segments, understanding what influences client decision-making, and create targeted campaigns to drive that behaviour. As an outcome, you will be accountable to deliver client adoption and usage metrics for the platform.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Work in a complex, fast-paced environment, designing and implementing sales and segment / portfolio optimization programs that delivers to key business metrics
- 10+ years experience in Cash / Payments / Transaction banking, financial services
- Collaborate with product partners to identify key priorities, with research and data teams to build customer profiles, create impactful go-to-market / adoption programs, being accountable for platform income and utilization metrics
- Bring a strong sense of using data and customer insights to prioritize your work: ensure that the voice-of-the-client is the backdrop to how we market to our clients
- Demonstrate problem solving skills and the ability to quickly develop recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative evidence
- Manage multiple workstreams with varying timelines and complexity
- Deliver quality work with light managerial supervision; the ability to influence a set of extended stakeholders without direct reporting (e.g. product, design, research, data, tech) is critical
· Your background / key skills include
· Direct revenue / portfolio experience preferred
· Experience in Corporate and Financial Institutions
· Ability and desire to keep challenging yourself and others with entrepreneurial attitude and passion
· Combination of analytical skills and action orientation is a must
· Understanding for regional diversity, capacity and curiosity to learn complex corporate banking products and services ; while leveraging your background in optimizing client usage and behaviour
· Bachelors Degree; MBA or MA preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive client adoption campaigns and programs for the Straight2Bank capabilities
- Drive the digitization agenda: migrate clients from offline and manual channels to digital-ad-self-serve
- Deliver client adoption and Digital Initiation KPIs
- Provide analytics and tracking of progress against scorecard KPIs
- Work with product, marketing, and content teams to create high-quality internal and client-facing collateral (emails, user guides, training documents, sales collateral)
