Management Trainee

Our company is currently looking for Management Trainee to join our team of passionate and talented individuals in operating our various restaurants and bars in hotels. We will be food and beverage focused, offering high tea, event nights, craft beers, wines, cocktails and amazing food produced by our overseas trained chefs.

The candidate will report to and work closely with the Director to strengthen the operations and services level of the ground staff. Our company treasures talents by offering good career enhancement.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and possess good interpersonal skills
• Keen Interest and passion in hospitality as well as in food and beverage
• Good work ethics, positive attitude and pleasant personality
• High quality standards in customer service, health, hygiene, food and beverage
• Exceptional leadership skills

Responsibilities:

• Assist to oversee different day to day restaurant operations
• Assist to ensure the adherence of restaurant standards, service benchmarks and company rules and regulation
• Ensure high quality of customer service consistently
• Understand our products so as to be able to advise customers
• Carry out ad hoc duties as per management’s instruction.
• Contribute ideas and assist our marketing department with A&P

Supplemental pay types:

Education:

• Bachelor's or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Management: 1 year (Preferred)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage full set of accounts for clients
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly closing and quarterly GST returns for clients
• Prepare payroll, CPF contribution, IR8A filings
• Review accounting work done by accounts assistants
• Email and follow-up on the email queries sent to clients
• Liaising with external auditors' queries for clients accounts
• Perform good quality work
• Any other adhoc accounting related duties

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least LCCI level 3/Diploma and above
• Min 3 years of working experience in the related field, preferably in accounting firm
• Experience of usage of Quickbooks, Xero will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Responsible and positive work attitude
• Self-motivated, independent and pro-active
• Have good time management and planning skills
• Be a teamplayer with good communication and interpersonal skill

job requirement

• Diploma/Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years of B2B/B2C sales experience in building materials (i.e. furniture, sanitary ware etc.)
• Experienced in managing projects
