Inviting applications for the role of Senior systems project manager
In this role, you will be required to demonstrate analytical and research skills.
Responsibilities
• Work along with different cross functional team for eg Materials , Customer Services and Finance etc on SAP implementation initiative
• Track project progress on day to day basis and report to Stakeholder team on timely basis
• Use latest methodology like agile to ensure project is running on time.
• Provide thought leadership, guidance & solutions to teams working along with him on project
• Provide technical guidance and solutioning for the project to functional team
• Participate and represent team during project meetings and process mapping exercise
• Manage project plan, decide priority and level load resources to achieve project milestones
• Proactively inform digital, functional and stakeholders about unavoidable delays, plan for contingencies.
• Identify gaps in the process and work with SAP, Smartshop and Repair Functional teams to fix
• Drive change management, conduct trainings and awareness site wide session
• Maintain accurate and up to date documentation, including project plans, status report and meeting minutes
• Facilitate change management including preparing communication plans and conducting training
• Should work in accordance with code of conduct in accordance to Site procedures and rules.
• Keep transformation leader of the site informed about the latest updates and roadblocks
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
· Master’s degree in administration, logistics, supply chain or related field.
· Proficiency in SAP
· Master data management background
· Aviation background preferred.
· Proven experience in router management.
Preferred qualifications
· Sound time-management and organizational skills.
· Prior experience in Analysis and Research
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work under pressure and flexibility in working hours
