The Singapore Southeast Asia Marketing function at J.P. Morgan Asset Management (JPMAM) is integral to the firm's success and plays a pivotal role in driving growth and presence in one of the most dynamic and rapidly evolving regions in the world.
As an Asset Management Marketing, Associate you will be responsible for innovative and captivating marketing leveraging a deep understanding of local markets and client groups, this function is dedicated to solving for client needs through market leading insights, strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical rigor.
Job Description:
• Developing customer strategies aligned with the business and marketing priorities
• Compiling meaningful data analysis and reporting to facilitate evaluation and decision making
• Driving data solutions and ensure end-to-end implementations
• Providing relevant data points and insights to enable objectives setting, targeting, program design and evaluation for marketing campaigns and activities
• Conducting research, market/industry/competitive analysis, and identifying internal capability gaps and opportunities/options for marketing strategy
• Supporting the execution of marketing communications programs using a variety of initiatives to drive business impact including:
+ Supporting content for strategic initiatives and key themes
+ Supporting events and conferences management – support the development of strategy, content, supporting materials and provide onsite assistance when required
+ Running campaign management from end to end including stakeholder management, vendor management, content management and performance management
+ Marketing project / program management aligned with the broader regional marketing agenda and priorities as and when needed
• Supporting local / regional / global projects as and when needed
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
• Minimum 6 years of marketing experience within the financial services industry
• Attention to detail. Meticulous and is able to manage well under pressure
• Proven marketing background with relevant industry experience preferred
• Possess diverse marketing experience covering financial services (asset management experience is a plus)
• Hands-on experience with digital & social, content and data-driven marketing
• Effective verbal, written, visual presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent project management, multi-tasking and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently
• An effective team player, able to work with people of all levels
• Has a high level of self-motivation, with strong integrity and ethics
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
• Any certifications in Marketing would be preferred
• Mandarin reading and writing would be an advantage to be able to support China clients
