The Role

Reporting to the Treasury Leader and working in a team, you will manage the liquidity position of the Group, including effecting payments and monitoring receipts, look after all matters relating to bank accounts and cash management platform, reconciliation of cash/account balances (actual vs anticipated receipts) including foreign currency, maintaining up-to-date spreadsheets on a number of accounts. Other key responsibilities include maintenance and opening of bank accounts (including those pledged to banks), updating details of bank accounts, authorized signatories, addresses etc. You are also responsible for all KYC documentation, co-ordinating with banks on the annual audit confirmation required by auditors, performing compliance checks on the payment transactions and keeping in constant contact with principals, and other companies working for the same principals.

Your Profile

To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy/Finance with ideally 5 years of relevant cash management experience in a mid-large MNC. Key Responsibilities

• Provide secure transport and escort services for ATM cash replenishments and collections.

Outlet Drink Stall Operations

• Manage and ensure smooth operation of the Drink stall within the food court or coffeeshop.
• Manage transactions with customers’ order using cash registers / Point-of-Sale (POS) Systems.
• Collection of payments whether in cash, credit card, coupon, Net card, cashless payment, etc.
• Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

Outlet Operations Management

• Work pro-actively with the Maintenance Department to fix outlet’s hygiene and maintenance issues in a timely manner. Ensure the outlet is well-maintained at all times and is in line with the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines
• Perform daily sales bank-in.
• Achieve monthly sales target and FD rental income target.
• To ensure smooth operations during opening, mid and closing shifts.
• To uphold quality control in food & beverage products sold in the FB stalls
• Prepare reports at the end of shift/week.
• Ensure stalls comply with all necessary hygiene, health and safety, and licensing requirements.
