2. Conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) to employees including the proper and safe manner of routine cleaning using equipment & machinery

3. Ensure all daily and periodic cleaning works are carried out as per schedule

4. Attend to complaints and ensure customers' satisfaction

6. Any other duties assigned by Superiors and Clients

Requirements

1. Able to work midnight shift

2. Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays.

3. Able to work in islandwide locations, and able to go to multiple locations daily.

4. Excellent customer service skills and able to interact well with clients

5. At least 2 year’s experience in similar role in cleaning sector

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive for a 1 year contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operational activities related to paper oil trading. You will collaborate with traders and external counterparties to ensure smooth execution and delivery of trades, as well as manage ad hoc administrative duties.

Responsibilities

Trade Operations:

- Coordinate with brokers to ensure timely trade execution.

- Review contracts and trade confirmations to verify accuracy.

Risk Management & Reporting:

- Assist with daily position and exposure reporting for traders and risk management teams.

- Maintain accurate records of trade details, including pricing, quantities, and counterparty information.

- Reconcile trades to ensure alignment with financial systems and risk reports.

Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution:

- Address and resolve operational issues related to discrepancies, delays, or contract terms.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in related field (Business Administration, Finance, Economics etc.)

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations, preferably within the oil trading or commodity trading industry (experience in other industries is also welcomed, as training will be provided).

- Familiarity with paper trading operations and documentation processes is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams and external parties.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Knowledge of VBA or use of Excel Pivot tables is a plus.
