• Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor third party arrangements, identify issues, and report to internal stakeholders including Branch Managements, 2LoD, and relevant Committees

• Process Control and Due Date Control: Track the progress of TPRM practices and ensure timely and accurate submission of the information / reports to the stakeholders.
• Document Check: Check accuracy and adequacy of the information / documents submitted by third party arrangement owners throughout the TPRM processes to ensure they meet formal requirements under the relevant policy and procedure.
• Document library Maintenance: Maintain the document library to enable BUs to access to the relevant manuals and existing / common documents
• Sanction Screening : Provide support in Third Party Service Provider Sanctions Name Screening Process
• Any special tasks assigned by the Head of CBCD and the Head of TPM

• Degree / Diploma qualified
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a control function
• An understanding of the fundamentals of risk management such as risk assessment, risk mitigation, and risk monitoring

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Outlet Drink Stall Operations

• Manage and ensure smooth operation of the Drink stall within the food court or coffeeshop.
• Manage transactions with customers’ order using cash registers / Point-of-Sale (POS) Systems.
• Collection of payments whether in cash, credit card, coupon, Net card, cashless payment, etc.
• Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Ability to follow company SOPs, operational workflows and guidelines when preparing and serving food and beverage items at assigned counters such as Desserts, Dim Sums, Drinks, Fruits or A Taste of Nanyang.
• Ensure product wastage is controlled to meet the product's gross profit (GP) target
• Drive sales performance through upselling and cost control.

• Achieve monthly sales target and FD rental income target.
• To ensure smooth operations during opening, mid and closing shifts.
