· To check Quarterly Income & Expenditure Statements, Return on property sector, Classified exposure & collateral value 610-A3, Charge card/credit card facilities.

· To check Half Yearly Statements on Private equity, Venture capital, Top 100 borrowers.

· To check Yearly Statements of Assets management survey, BIS Survey, Survey of Services, International Trade in service Survey, investment abroad survey.

· To coordinate with the auditors for Financial Figures of the Bank.

· Liaison with Statutory Auditors.

· To coordinate with HO for submission of Returns and Statements.

· Implementation of accounting procedure for any new product / service.

· Financial accounting guidance to the departments.

· Taxation including withholding tax and GST

· Preparation and timely submission of Bank`s Financials.

· Any other issues that may arise from time to time, provided that they do not come into conflict with segregation of duties and they do not result in conflict of interest.

• Maintain control records of credits transfer for SGA Player/JGDP/Staff/damage cards.
• Coordinate promotional activities and events at the range with the supervisor.
• Recommend sales promotions and activities beneficial to members.
• Monitor and ensure facilities are clean and in good condition.
• Report any issues with the Range Card System and ensure all transactions and cash are accounted for and submitted to the Finance Department.
• Ensure efficient collection and washing of range balls.
• Operate the SkyTrak Launch Monitor and Tablet, including simple troubleshooting.
• Ensure range mats are rotated and clean.
• Ensure driving range baskets are collected and neatly arranged for golfers' use.

Requirements

• GCE “N” / “O” Levels preferred with at least 1 year of experience in similar capacity
• Fair knowledge and experience of golf preferred
• Familiarity with operation of PC Card Sales system is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll Processing:

• Support HR onboarding processes, including offer letters, contracts, and new hire documentation.
• Assist with HR projects, adapting quickly to changing priorities and evolving needs.
• Compliance & Reporting:
• Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and Singapore labor laws.
• Prepare HR reports, payroll summaries, and statutory filings with precision and confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
