• Preferably able to identify herbs

Job Description:

• Handle customer payments using POS system and other credit card facilities.

• Assist in all other retail operation duties

• Handle patient’s management system

• Handle incoming walk-in patients, phone calls, appointments and messages

• Other administrative ad-hoc duties as assigned by direct Manager

* Work experience in TCM industry will an advantage

Handle Cashier

Maintain cleaniness of shop

Stock in and out

Ordering of stock

Shift work

Training will be provided

Part time and Full time available.

Good to have or will be provided training for the following;

Halal Competency Assessment Certificate

Food Handler Certificate

Perform cashiering duties

Handle payments and claims

Attend to customer enquiries, calls and messages

Manage reservations

Schedule staff roster and arrange job allocation

Ensure smooth operations of outlet

Maintain service standards and cleanliness of outlet

Part Time - 4 days work week

Must be able to work on weekends and PHs

Cashiering

• Complete customer transactions in a professional, timely manner and with highest level of respect
• Ensure accuracy in the collection of monies in different currencies or mode.
• Reduce the customer’s waiting time to a minimum
• Advise customer on GST and refund/exchange policy
• Conduct daily cash balancing and cash drops
• Update conversion rate as and when necessary
• Achieve the turnaround time for cashiering with high productivity level
