Preparation of report, Method Statements and technical submissions; • Liaising and meeting with authorities, client's representatives, sub-contractors and consultants; • Carry out the site / building inspection as per specification and approved design • Resolving and technical difficulties and problem that may arise on site; • Liaising with relevant professional staff • To perform Ad-Hoc duties as per assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

• Planning and scheduling of projects
• To manage M&E construction projects and to monitor the projects are carried out with respect to the target schedule
• To handle design for Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation System and to ensure clients' requirements are met
• To attend project meeting and to coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors and sub contractors
• Preparation of Progress Claim, Materials Submission, Risk Assessment, Progress Report, Shop Drawings & As Built Drawings for projects
• To forecast and anticipate possible issue for projects and to eliminate potential risks
• Site supervision and to liaise with supervisors and workers to ensure smooth work flow
• Planning of manpower and work arrangement with site person in charge
• To liase with suppliers on procurement and delivery of materials and equipment
• Assist in settlement of project final account including variation orders

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College
• At least 2 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Engineer specialized in Engineering - Mechanical or equivalent.
• Energetic, self motivated, good problem solving skills.
• Willing to learn, positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Give all local and regional clients with after-sales technical support.
• Provide clients technical guidance and suggestions to address problems
• Oversee the prompt and efficient provision of on-site, phone, email, and other remote technical assistance to customers for all products.
• Establish a clear communication channel within the internal team for issue reporting and follow up closely of the solutions with clients.
• Foster open communication channels with headquarters and subsidiary companies.
• Develop comprehensive training programs for internal teams, tailored to their specific roles and responsibilities.
• Utilize both theoretical and practical training methods to ensure a thorough understanding of product functionalities.
• Collaborate closely with the QA team to define testing procedures and criteria. Ensure that the QA team is well-equipped to perform Factory Acceptance Testing, Interface Factory Acceptance Testing, and Site Testing effectively.

Requirements:

• Must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of quality engineering experience working in manufacturing environment.
• Willing to travel
