Duties of Laboratory Technologist:

• Assist in texture coating development.
• Conduct color matching and create sample mock-ups.
• Perform various laboratory tasks and experiments.
• Maintain equipment and monitor inventory.
• Document test results and prepare reports.
• Conduct equipment maintenance and calibration.
• Ensure compliance with QEHSMS standards.
• Uphold workplace safety and security.

Requirements:

• Diploma in related field
• Experience in relevant industry is an added advantanage

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

• Strong proficiency in MS Office & ACAD software and familiarity with engineering simulation tools.s
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize activities, and meet project deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety.

Job Description:

• Building Maintenance Unit (BMU), Passenger & Material Hoist (PM Hoist) & Mast Climbing Platform (MCP) detailed design to assist the various projects.
• Supervise and lead the supervisor for site installation works.
• Attend site technical meeting and conduct project progress meeting to manage the site progress.
• Understand customer requirement specifications and manage project life cycle.
• Preparation of BMU layout shop drawings, oversee drawing management and control of technical documentation.
• With familiarity of MOM requirements, study and analyse existing BMU and gives recommendation for BMU system improvement as per customer requirement.
• Ensure timely delivery and implementation of the BMU system and support the review of design packages specific to the controls scope of work by attending design review meetings to provide feedback from a constructablity and coordination perspective.
• Manage procurement of resources, monitor and control material usage on site to avoid unnecessary wastage or wrongly usage.

Requirement

4. Able to meet timeline and work under pressure
