• Consulting all inquiry from customers
• Process orders by walk in customer and via email or phone
• Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
• Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
• Liaise with the related department to ensure timely serve clients
• Maintain and update sales and customer records
• Develop monthly sales reports
• Communicate important feedback from customers internally
• Stay up-to-date with new service and features
• Prepare and complete all paper works as customers' request

Job Description:

1. Prepare and verify import and export documents, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, and TISI approvals/BOI approvals/EEI approvals required for import documents

2. Responsible for arranging insurance according to the actual situation, including insurance from China Sinosure and Marine Insurance

Requirements:

1. More than one year of working experience in the same position

This position provides support to the General Services Office.

Main Responsibilities:

· Provides support for Travel & Visitors Unit.

· Responsible for arranging hotel bookings for visitors to post, supporting complex high-level visit (Congress, Cabinet Members, Secretary of State, President, Vice-President), and assisting Embassy personnel in acquiring diplomatic visas for official travel to third countries.

· Acts as the back-up liaison between the Embassy and the travel contractor.

Requirements:

· Minimum two years’ experience in administrative work is required.

· Successful completion of secondary school or high school education.
