The Assistant Director will organize and lead IT projects through the various phases of project lifecycle. The IT projects primarily include Electronic Medical Record System and other clinical related management systems. He/She will work closely with hospital and specialist outpatient clinics business stakeholders and vendors to successfully manage the systems implementation and maintenance. REQUIREMENTS

· Recognized Professional Certificate/Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma

· PMP Certification or CITPM

· More than 10 years of working experience with at least 3 years of project management experience in similar capacity.

Requirements:

• Possess an understanding of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

• The standardised classification and grouping of healthcare data which reflects the complete clinical picture of the patients

The Key Job Responsibilies Are:

Clinical

• Provide clinical support & trouble shooting of medical equipment (IVD/Blood Banking/Blood Therapy) to doctors, nurses, and other KOLs

The S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies (RSIS), a Graduate School of Nanyang Technological University (NTU), is a leading research and teaching institution in strategic and international affairs and policy think tank in the Asia-Pacific region.

• Set up and manage the clinical laboratory with MOH license and other licenses such as College of American Pathologists (CAP), fire safety, etc.

· Carry out day-to-day laboratory operations.
