The Manager (CTE-CTO) shall have sufficient professional experience to fulfill a specialist role in contributing to the development of the clinical trial program at NCCS. The Manager shall also assist the Senior Manager / Principal Clinical Research Coordinator (PCRC) to plan and manage the operations of the Clinical Trials Office (CTO) of the Division of Clinical Trials & Epidemiological Sciences (CTE).

• Assist to ensure proper supervision of staff and operations of CTE-CTO. • Assist in ensuring that CTE-CTO has sufficient Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guide its operations. The Manager shall write SOPs or supervise the drafting of SOPs for CTE-CTO.

• The Manager may be involved in drafting and reviewing of department P&Ps.

Psychologist

The successful applicant will assist in providing psychological services in the areas if psychological assessment, psychotherapy, and training, within multidisciplinary settings to adolescents and adults.

Job Responsibilities

· To provide individual and group psychotherapy and counselling to patients, to conduct psychological assessments, and write assessment reports in a timely fashion.

· To provide psychological education and services to hospital staff and the public; plan and conduct training sessions in formats such as talks, workshops, and forums.

· To participate or assist in conducting research and clinical evaluation projects, for example database management.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctoral of Psychology, with specialization in Clinical or Health Psychology, from an accredited university.
• Registered with or be eligible for a valid registration with a recognised psychological professional body, such as APA, APS, or BPS.
• For the position of Senior Psychologist, at least 5 years of relevant clinical experience.

Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities and Duties (80%)

• Manage daily OT scheduling and finalise OT listing for timely dissemination

• Liaise with Surgeons, Anaesthetist, Nurses and Radiographer to resolve conflicted surgery schedule

• Manage After Office Hour (AOH) OT schedule

• Contact patients to remind them of surgery reporting time, reporting location and fasting instructions

• Answer incoming queries from patients regarding details pertaining to their surgeries

Secondary Responsibilities and Duties (20%)

• Collation and analyse data for process improvement or utilization management

About the Job

As the Clinical Governance Officer and Nursing Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical aspects of our Nursing Home service, ensuring the delivery of safe and high-quality care.
