Job Description:

1. To assist QP(S)/SRE carry out supervision under the BCA Act
2. Liaise and coordinate with client/consultants to resolve technical and or interfacing issues with

other consultants and contractors.
3. Lead the site staff to monitor, supervise and inspect works as directed by the client and/or
project consultants.
4. To attend the site/technical meeting

5. To provide wherever and whenever necessary standing supervision for the construction of civil and

structural works in accordance to the Project specifications, construction drawings and Building

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree in Civil/Structural recognized by PE Board Singapore.

Task and Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring compliance with all HSE requirements through monitoring and audit of the contractors.
• Supervise team of HSE officers and supervisors.
• Provide training and induction/awareness courses on HSE and related areas.
• Interface with other trades and contractors as required, to ensure a good relationship & communications on HSE matters.
• Review HSE related documentation
• Lead HSE initiatives and communication/coordination groups to share HSE learning and ensure consistent standards and application.

The M&E Engineer assists the M&E Manager in coordinating M&E specific works on site.

Job Functions:

· Control site progress and installation quality as per approved Shop Drawings, Technical submissions for on-time completion.

· Appraise works/ products to ensure compliance to specifications and requirements.

· Coordinate M&E drawings and produce CSD and individual service drawings delivery.

· Conduct QA/QC inspections.

· Provide and maintain all site inspection records and T&C records are up to date.

· Check, evaluate and confirm work done and material supply quantity status for the purpose of M&E subcontractor/ NSC vendors progress payments, including instruction of progress substantiation document preparation by subcontractors and vendors.

Job Requirements:

· A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

· Good technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical trades.

· Good knowledge of local codes/ regulations pertaining to M&E services, building construction and safety.

PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER (Civil & Structural)

• A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering, from an accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years registration with PEB Singapore
• Over 5-10 years of experience with a demonstrated track record in leading large-scale construction projects with exposure to project management and design.
• Experience with industry-standard software such as Tekla, Etabs, Revit etc
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage interdisciplinary teams
• Capability to foresee potential issues and devise effective solutions
