• Minimum Diploma qualification with 1-2 years of sales experience in container shipping / freight forwarding business
• Candidate must be a team player with strong interpersonal and negotiation skill

Job Description

The primary objective of the department is to engage seniors through a range of well-crafted activities, services and programmes to keep them active and healthy. Be part of us to bring more joyous moments to our seniors.

Duty and Responsiblity

• Plan, coordinate and develop activities, services and outreach programmes for seniors
• Monitor, evaluate and improve the effectiveness of activities, programmes and services
• Handle volunteer and stakeholder management
• Support and facilitate the department administrative duties and responsibilities
• Coordinate with other departments on programme publicity matters
• Support comapny events and activities

Working Hours

• 5 Day Work Week – 8hrs a day
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays and irregular working hours

Job Requirements

• Qualification: Diploma and above
• Year(s) of Experience: Preferably 1 year of working experience with seniors or in community outreach
• Passionate about engaging seniors and serving community
• Required Knowledge/Skill(s): Planning and coordination skills, Communication and interpersonal skills,
• Proficient in MS Office, Ability to multi-task and work within time frame with minimal supervision
• A team player with positive work attitude
