Job Responsibilites

• Responsible for all sales processes for all clientele, regarding walk-in and phone/email.
• Ensure optimal customer experience in the boutique
• Ensure that stock and inventory level in boutique is in line with Management’s direction
• Participate actively in Customer Relationship Management data collection
• Assist with Visual Merchandising team on ensuring proper concepts and themes are met

Job Requirements

• Nitec holder and above
• 1-5 years of relevant experience in Luxury industry
• Customer service orientated
