1. CHECK-IN

Explain hotel facilities and amenities to guest

2. CHECK-OUT

Confirms with the guests on the name, room number and mode of payment upon checking out and assists with settlement.

Checks with the guests on any consumption from the mini bar and confirms with the Housekeeping staff.

Arrange for taxis upon the request by the guests.

Attends to billing enquiries if required.

3. CASH FLOAT

Ensures that the amount of cash float is checked and tallied daily after shift handover.

4. NIGHT DUTIES

Ensure room rate reflected tallies with correspondence

Prepares and print necessary reports (Arrival / HSKP Status / Rate / Breakfast)

Ensure settlement of all 3rd Party TA accounts on a daily basis.

Ensure settlement of Long Term Guest bills on a monthly basis.

Ensure necessary discount or adjustment for Long Term Guests are applied

Bring forward all No-Show bookings in accordance to hotel guidelines.

No Show reservations are to be highlighted to Room Reservations Team.

Ensure to send message reminder to guest with High Balance/Credit Limit.

5. CLOSING SHIFT

Reconciles Cashier totals with the Opera Cashier Shift Closing for Cash Payment, Credit Card and E-Payment.

Ensure necessary supporting documents and vouchers are submitted.

Ensure that cashier closure tallies before submission to Finance AR Team.

6. OTHERS

Performs allocation of rooms based on guest reservation preferences on daily basis.

Ensure weekly stock order when stock par reach minimum.

Ensure daily task completed and/or otherwise handover to the next shift.

Respond to telephone and in-person inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Performs any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by Management.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation all related export shipping documentations.
• Liaise with shipping and logistics companies to ensure timely clearance and delivery of shipments to customer.
• Handling of LC negotiation experience preferred.
• Maintain systematic filling of documents and follow-up with final negotiation.
• Issuing invoice, packing list, checking BL draft, chasing schedule

Requirements:

• Minimum N/O Level

• PC literate, meticulous and strong sense of initiative.
• Ability to speak Chinese is a must due to need to liaise with China market.

Responsible for supporting the business in the full spectrum of Human Resources function covering acquisition of talents for different divisions, employee relations & engagement as well as other HR administrative activities.

As you grow in your role, you will be required to manage employees’ welfare throughout their employment cycle and actively participate in the organisational culture development.

Specifically, you will

• Manage the recruitment activities from start to end for all required positions
• Manage employee engagement including onboarding, workplace communication and relations
• Administer employee compensation and benefit process
• Perform daily HR operational matters to support the business and upkeep the employee’s employment records
• Support the management of workplace issues and grievances adhering to company’s policies & procedures
• Support and organise learning programmes and delivery for employees

You should have a minimum 2 years of HR experience in generalist role.

1.1. To handle and support all purchasing activities for HQ and regional offices, supplier management, gather quotations for internal sales colleagues and, coordinate on all import and export shipments.

1.2. To negotiate with existing vendors for better pricing, delivery lead-time and develop new supplier business relationships. Establish consignment contracts with suppliers for cost efficiency.

1.3. Generate and organize reports for authorized signatory approvals.

1.4. Perform cost-price value analysis and implement cost reduction programs with existing suppliers and consignment stock.

1.5. Purchase of consumables, equipment and spare parts etc. from local or overseas vendors.

1.6. Establish and negotiate prices and contracts with suppliers for cost effective and good quality corporate goods and services.

1.7. Liaise and follow up with suppliers for any discrepancies issue.

1.8. Coordinate all import shipments from suppliers to headquarters and overseas branch offices.

1.9. Ensure shipping document accuracy with suppliers and freight forwarders and comply with import rules and regulations.

1.10. Ensure all documents are in proper order and submit promptly for accounting and audit purposes.

1.11. Support logistics team for 3rd party out-sourcing activities.

1.12. Must include colleague from same department in all correspondence such as email to keep them informed of all ongoing status.

1.13. To be able to cover colleague from same department job if they are on leave/ absence without any issue.

1.14. Update the status of all order in the shared folder, must be up to date at any time.

1.15. Work as a team and consistently communicate with colleague on all matters.

1.16. Dropship shipment from supplier directly deliver to customer, must inform Sales OP/ Logistics in advance to prepare delivery order.

1.17. Any other tasks as assigned.

Job Description:

· Acquire & develop new accounts: Identify potential business opportunities and prospecting new clients to grow sales pipeline

· A good team player who meet sales objectives and monthly sales targets

Requirements:

· Possess own vehicle and valid class 3 driving license

· Preferably 3 years proven sales records in B2B sales experience in packaging industries Or Fresh Diploma / ITE Graduate are also welcome

· Be self-driven, result-oriented, proactive and have positive attitude

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin

· Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
