The FC division maintains a strong corporate and government network in Singapore and the region and brings in exclusive value & China’s insights to Business China’s corporate members. The team also conceptualises and implements programmes helmed by Political Office Holders (POHs) and prominent business leaders.

This role allows you to be in the thick of exciting research, analysis and discussions on the current and future developmental trajectory, economic and business trends in China, and with China and Chinese businesses in other countries.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

1. Develop and manage the implementation of FC programmes
2. Research and curate content for the various programmes
3. Identify, cultivate and secure potential partners and sponsors for programmes
4. Drive business development, recruitment and marketing of assigned programmes and events
5. Engage partners for current and new programmes
6. Drive the corporate membership strategies and implementation
7. Create overseas engagement opportunities and events to value-add to Singapore-based companies, corporate members and young working adults
8. Any other tasks, duties or responsibilities designated by Director or CEO

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin – written and verbal communication skills
2. Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Degree in Business, Marketing, Chinese Studies, Social Science, Public Relations, Journalism, International Relations, or other relevant disciplines
3. Good knowledge and interest in China and International relations
4. At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience or at least 2 years of working experience in research, China-related work and events management, such as organising forums
5. This is an individual contributor role, although you may lead project teams. Being a self-starter is essential, especially stakeholder/partner engagement/management

• Create and maintain the project template files to assure standards.
• Coordinate with other discipline and engineers to manage and resolve the clashes.
• Prepare Transmittal on drawings for submission or issuance to sub-contractors
• Supersede and updated the current revision status
• Compile of As-built drawing upon project completion
• Minor coordination of Architectural / Structural / M&E drawings
• Detailing and documentation of working drawing

Job Requirement:

• Holds a degree
• Minimum 8 years experience in construction industry and have relatable experiences on BIM Drafter
• Knowledge in AutoCad software is a must
• Experienced with Microstation
• Knowledge in BIM and Bentley Aecosim would be an advantage
• Have experience in LTA projects have an advantage
• Able to work well in teams and indepenedently
• Willing to work in Site Office
• Willing to work 5.5 days

The Partner Communications Manager leads the marketing communications strategy, planning and execution for Apple products and services in the Partner (indirect) channel. Description

This role is responsible for driving marketing innovation and raising the creative bar with indirect Channel Partners, whilst upholding the integrity of the Apple brand.

Key responsibilities include:

• Drive innovative partner strategies and impactful creative work through a deep understanding of the Apple brand, our partner’s brands, commercial priorities, market trends and challenges
• Work across the global organization to understand both macro and comms trends for Apple product and services. Synthesize takeaways into insights to drive optimization of future advertising, digital and in-store efforts
• Work with Global (Geo) Partner Communications teams to identify and develop strategies and communication plans, including advertising, digital channels and the partner’s owned marketing channels in-store and online
• Develop and drive global processes, across Apple products and services, to improve the quality and effectiveness of the partner work as well as the efficiency of the path to get there
• Collaborate extensively across many teams, internationally and locally, both internally at Apple and externally with partners such as Carriers, Retailers, Banks, SMB’s and Enterprise Resellers, Media Content Providers and more
• Inspire and contribute to the large global network of Geo Partner Communications Managers, sharing key takeaways, findings and case studies
• Travel requirements: upto 35% time

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, MBA or advanced business degree
• 8+ years experience in marketing communications
• Experience in brand communications - from strategy to execution to analysis of results.

• Experience in build a global communications strategy for partners
• Ability to dive deep into a partner’s business, marketing strategy and consumer insights, to understand challenges and find opportunities
