• Coach and mentor the procurement team in executing the various Tenders/Request for proposals/Quotations to achieve Department KPI.
• Lead and guide logistic team in daily operation of supply management to hospitals.
• Implement the group procurement policy, processes and guidelines, ensuring that they are up-to-date, striking a balance between governance and efficiency.
• Guide and ensure internal stakeholders are able to understand and complying with guidelines.

• Build relationships with key suppliers and to address supplu/performance issues effectively.

• Ensure proper documentations of all procurement activities and to support internal and external audits.

Requirements

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate work activities of service staffs in commercial kitchen establishments
• Work closely with management team to set and implement policies, procedures and systems
• Plan and coordinate the operational workflow to achieve operation targets
• To assign duties, inspect work performed by stewards and to ensure conformance to established standards
• To upkeep site cleaning supplies, consumables and equipment to ensure they are available and serviceable at all times

● Manages the hiring process, including advertising open positions, reviewing resumes, coordinating and conducting interviews, conducting reference and background checks, drafting offer letters. ● Directs all information technology and network system deployment and maintenance including all IT infrastructure, telecommunications and security.
