1. Traineeship Description

The primary responsibility of the Governance Analyst is to perform duties in one or more of the following areas: vulnerability management, cyber data governance, risk and verification, cyber policy/standards/standard operating procedures development, and penetration testing and red teaming. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Las Vegas Sands Corp.’s policies, practices, and procedures.

Job Responsibilities

• Triage potential vulnerabilities identified by application security program with context of application and related business knowledge.
• Ability to review and understand source code from both business logic to ensure code is free from security defects prior to production release. Identify false positives, tracking and remediating found issues, tracking and performing the exception processes when require.
• Communicate cybersecurity standards applicable to technology and coding workflows.
• Working with DevSecOps engineers, optimize security with existing technologies and processes.
• Review performance of controls such as SCA, SAST, DAST, IAST, RASP, Secrets Scanning, Container Scanning,
• Misconfiguration Identification, Secure Code Review, CI/CD Pipeline Security, and Deployment Environment Security.
• Cyber governance, risk and verification which performs risk assessments, system security and industrial control system zone security plans including listing controls, gaps in implemented controls and tracking remediation of gaps, and provides input to the risk register
• Penetration testing and red teaming which includes performing security testing to identify security vulnerabilities on LVSC applications and environment, providing recommendations for remediation, and tracking and remediating found issues.
• Cyber policy/standard and standard operating procedure creation, review, distribution, and maintenance
  Consistent and regular attendance is an essential function of this job.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

• Degree or diploma relevant to IT / Cyber Security
• Preferrable to have a current and in good standing CISSP, CSSLP or similar certification or Offensive Security (OSCP, OSWE, OSEP) or Crest (CRT, CCT) certifications

Experience

• 2 - 4 years cyber security hands-on experience in one or more of the areas listed in place of a degree
• Demonstrated experience in at least 1 area in the following list:

1. Cyber Application Security Management
2. Cyber Vulnerability Management
3. Cyber Governance, Risk and Verification
4. Cyber Policy/Standard/Standard Operating Procedures
5. Cyber Penetration Testing and Red Teaming

Other Prerequisites

Qualifications:

• Lenel Access Control: A strong knowledge of Lenel hardware and software configurations.
  CCTV: Knowledge of both IP and Analogue CCTV systems, including the use of network video recorders and software.
• Integrated Systems: Experience with major integrated Access Control/CCTV/Intruder systems/Perimeter detection systems that are fully integrated.
• Intruder Alarms: Basic competency in measurement and pricing of intruder alarms.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

1. To assist the Project Manager in implementing the safety management system to ensure staff and workers work in a safe and healthy environment.

2. To assist the Project Manager in implementing the permit to work system and to stop & report to the project manager any incompatible works relating to the same.

3. To act as the secretary of the Project WSH Committee and chair the meeting such that the Nakano staff and subcontractors are aware of the site activities and the required actions.

· Responsible and accountable for effectively managing the day-to-day operations/allocated contract sites and staffs by providing highest quality to employees and Clients

· Conduct security and safety risk assessment surveys of the assignments allocated

· Conduct investigations and vet incident reports submitted by the security team and prepare AAR of the incident

· Ensure all site requirements according to the site file and in compliance with PLRD requirements

· Ensure 100% compliance of security personnel deployed to contractual headcount, turnout and bearing, discipline, licensing conditions and code of conduct

· Ensure prompt distribution of site officers welfare items, stationaries, equipment’s, memos. Letters and forms

· Ensure all leave application forms hardcopy or electronically with MCs or any other letters such as resignation are being followed up and delivered to HQ

· Ensure monthly report for every sites are being delivered to Clients and documents submitted for billings

· Submission of weekly roster for all sites allocated are promptly updated

· Overall in-charge of day-to-day operations of security personnel redeployment to the sites preventing shortfalls

· Conduct OJT training for new hires and conduct refresher on SOP

· Handle workplace investigation, grievance and discipline

· Plan and schedule training for security personnel in alignment with PWM requirements

· Plan and conduct periodic exercises minimum 1 Exercise Drill/TTX per site to ensure the vigilance and operational capabilities of security personnel

· Assist with recruitment and selection of security personnel

· Manage and review security procedures
