- Provide strategic leadership and oversee the execution of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Establish and implement policies, procedures, and standards to ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies, to ensure project success.
- Drive business growth through strategic planning, market analysis, and identifying new opportunities.
- Lead tendering, contract negotiations, and risk management activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, construction laws, and environmental standards.
- Monitor project progress through regular site visits and performance evaluations.
- Prepare detailed reports on operational and financial performance for the board and other stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide senior management and project teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Address customer concerns promptly and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Lead marketing initiatives and campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Analyze market competition and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- At Least Diploma in Construction Management, Interior Design or a related
- Minimum 10 years of total working experience in the construction industry.
- At least 4 years of experience as a General Manager in a construction company.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- In-depth knowledge of construction laws, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in project management tools, financial management, and tendering processes.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle complex, large-scale projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to drive organizational performance.
