• Responsible New Product Introduction (NPI) process reviews drawings and specifications.
• Submit Supplier Problem Sheet (SPS) for issues encounter drawing and specifications.
• Drafting 2D drawing for the entire incomplete drawing.
• Design the internal fixture all the process.

• Review Engineering Change Order (ECO) and Engineering Specs Waiver (ESW) process.
• Generate internal OMS (Operational Method Sheets) and WI (work instruction).
• Able to create PTIS (Part Technical Information Sheet) creation base on the drawings Generate internal.
• Able to read multi levels BOM.
• Create multilevel Bill of Materials (BOM) and Routing for job travellers.
• Provide assistance to Purchasing for any material or OEM buying parts related.
• Work with Customer for any design improvements.
• Hand on experience on assist assembly technicians.

Additional Information

• Experience using CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Autodesk Inventor

• Familiar with ASTM spec, ASME Y14.5M-1994 & ASME Y14.38-1999 and GD&T specification.

Qualification:

• Diploma or degree with mechanical engineering
• At least 1 or 2 year semiconductor manufacturing experience or Precision Manufacturing

Main Responsibilities:

* To perform all roles and responsibilities required of site supervisors under the Building Control Act.

* Ensure that the M&E works are constructed in accordance with drawings and specifications and the Building Control Act and Regulations.

* Monitor and report on the progress of works.

* Carry out inspection of M&E engineering works prior to concreting, subsequent construction work and defects rectification works.

* To carry out supervision and inspection of the works as directed by the Supervision QP, CRE, SRE, consultants or Superintending Officer.

* To manage and supervise the Resident Technical Officer under his charge.

* Ensure records of all mechanical and engineering works including records of tests, defect rectification, inspections, work progress, material and equipment on site, safety are timely updated and properly kept.

* Attending site, progress, variation, and coordination meetings.

* Verifying all reports and claims relating to M&E works submitted by the contractors.

* Liaise with all relevant authorities and stakeholders to maintain proper and updated daily records of all works done including records of tests, inspections, status of work, safety, site diary, material on site and equipment on site, labour force, day works, provisional items or provisional quantities etc.

* Keeping accurate record of variations as instructed or approved by the Superintending Officer and to maintain a set of updated drawings on site.

* Check all drawings including shop drawings, construction drawings and specifications for discrepancies and to report to the Supervision QP, consultants or Superintending Officer.

Qualifications:

* Degree/ Diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering degree recognised by the Professional Engineers Board of Singapore.

* Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience as a mechanical and electrical engineer, of which at least three (3) years shall be in supervision of works similar in nature to major construction works in buildings, services laying and &ol systems.

* Preferably with experience in the supervision of infra services laying, lighting &control systems.

• Perform qualification validation of medical device sterilization related equipment and processes
• Perform the release of sterilization batches in accordance to relevant ISO standards
• Ensure the compliance of equipment in accordance to Calibration and Preventive Maintenance requirements.
• Perform complaint handling, investigate root cause of complaint, and perform Corrective Action and Preventive Action as necessary.
• Handle non-conformances and perform disposition of rejected parts, trend yield and rejects, investigate root cause of non-conformance and perform Corrective Action and Preventive Action as necessary.
• Initiate and/or execute engineering changes in compliance with Engineering Change Control procedures
• Participate in Process Failure Mode Effect and Analysis team to mitigate product risk arising from manufacturing
• Participate in external and internal audit to ensure company quality system is effective
• Participate in continuous improvement programs such as 6S program, yield improvement projects etc.
• Support new production introduction as a team member representing quality
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Education

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Science (e.g. Microbiology) or equivalent

Experience

• Work experience as a sterilization engineer in a medical device manufacturing environment
• Experience with qualification validation of equipment and processes for sterilization of medical device
• Working knowledge of ISO11135 EtO Sterilization for Medical Devices and/or any other relevant standards such as ISO11137 Gamma Sterilization
• ISO13485 Internal auditor

Skills

• Statistical Analysis (Hypothesis Testing, ANOVA, Gage R&R, DOE etc)
• Root cause analysis (Kepner-Tregoe, 5-Why, 6M etc)
• Problem solving techniques (e.g. DMAIC/8D/PDCA/A3 application in continuous improvement)
• Competent with general PC and Office software application
