• Report and assist Project Manager (PM) on project functions, included but not limited to project management, site management, material control, equipment deployment, manpower deployment, transportation / logistics matter, etc to meet the projects goals
• Monitor project progress schedule
• Coordinating with customers and contractors
• Conduct technical reviews to ensure compliance with Contract terms and target completion date
• Attend site meetings with customers and contractors
• Monitor site safety matters to ensure EHS practices are carried out at all times
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Master or Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5years of experience in Construction Industry. ERSS experience is favorable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD

Job Description

- Responsible for planning, scheduling, forecasting, conducting and coordinating the technical issues (including structure, architecture, M&E, landscape and interior, etc) of projects.

- Responsible for submission of Architectural samples, shops drawing and other related documents to the consultants or authorities

- Coordinate and monitor work progress at site to ensure works progress to meet master programe

- Overall responsible for the effective implementation and successful completion of construction projects undertaken by the Company within schedule, cost and quality.

- Liaise closely with subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities; set guidelines and provide expertise and supervision to the team.

- Properly trained in QEHS Policy, Objectives, impact/risk assessment, relevant safe work procedure/ operational control procedure, management Programmed, applicable legal and other requirements.

- Ensure all submissions and applications to the relevant authorities to facilitate RI, TOP and CSC clearance, Combine all necessary documents for handover

- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering

- Min 5 years experience in Project Engineer or relevant for luxury landed house project.

- Able to communicate and liaise with Chinese speaking associate

- Good communication skills and ability to work independently under minimal supervision, Good knowledge in local standards & requirements

- Familiar with AutoCAD, Revit, BIM

Working hours: Monday to Saturday: 8am to 7pm at project site

Review electrical engineering drawings and refer issues requiring changes.

Assign job tasks and work as per electrical project schedules.

Review all electrical drawings with Leadmen performing on assigned jobs to them.

Stimulate fabrication standards to ensure quality work attained from assigned staff.

Recruit, guide, train, monitor and terminate assigned employees as required.

Recommend effective solutions specified particular weight related to employment status of employees.

Schedule, assign, plan and supervise electrical shop personnel performance on different electrical projects.
