• Ensure drawings and BIM models to comply to LTA & BCA standards.

Qualification and requirements

• BIM trained with Certificate of BIM Authoring Tool (Autodesk).

• Resourceful in sourcing /create drawings of objects such as cranes/equipment for site utilisation plans preparations.

• Positive personality and good team player.

• Responsible and Reliable on the accuracy of the works.

• Able to work in tight schedules.

Experience required

• Minimum 5 years of drafting experience working with consultants or civil/building contractors.

• Local experience with LTA job experience is preferred.

• Purchase parts, materials, components, or service in line with specified cost, quality, and delivery targets.
• To conduct spare parts condition check before sent RFQ to supplier.
• Vendor sourcing and obtain competitive quotation, ensure best products from right source.
• Evaluate, negotiate, and award orders to selected supplier.
• Prepare purchase order, monitor orders, and inventory monitoring.
• Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases (Business Central & Store Track).
• Follow up with supplier, as needed, to confirm or change orders.
• Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all item arrive in good condition.
• Monitor cost and highlight to management if the repair/new parts cost is high.
• To assist with operations when necessary.
• Provide analysis on costs, new and existing and review cost reduction activities.
• Prepare and raise purchase orders and order schedules.
• Other ad hoc duties as required.

Architectural Drafter

(Building Construction/Project)

Responsibilities :

• Liaise with builders and contractors to create and update plans, drawings for building projects.
• Work closely with architects, engineers and construction teams to integrate design elements and ensure coordination across disciplines.
• Responsible to create detailed and technical drawings based on sketches and instructions provided by the site/design team
• Develop comprehensive construction drawings, adhering to local building codes and regulations.
• Gather product and structural requirements, calculating dimensions and material specifications, and creating detailed designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Prepare preliminary sketches, working drawings and detailed specifications.
• Monitor the construction process to ensure works aligns with the approved drawings and specifications.
• Any other works as assigned by the Management or your Superior.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree of Architecture/Drafting/Engineering Design or other related disciplines
• A firm foundation in drawing creation – BIM, Revit, Navisworks, AutoCad software / computer-aided design (CAD) and general computer skills.
• Previous experience in a specific industry, such as architectural, mechanical, or structural design, will require to be considered for the position.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in building/construction trade in Singapore will be added advantage.

• Good knowledge of contract and QS procedures and pricing.
• Experienced in procurement, budgeting, estimation, contract administration, measurement of quantities & variation orders
• Compile photos, inspection forms and all relevant documents required for VOs attachment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Superior.

Main duties include coordinating tasks for the day, based on the drawing,prepare BBS,creating schedules for workers, oversee quality of the site, managing the budget and to report the progress of the project to superiors.

Ensure that work is carried out in compliance with drawings, designs, specifications and all authorities’ regulations

Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met

Supervise the use of machinery and equipment

Resolve problems when they arise

Minimum 5 years relevant experience with similar capacity.
